The building was made without taking any measurements, so nothing is quite square or properly lined up. This is by design.
Dimensions
Two sides of the building are 6 metres internally, and two are 5 meters internally. The two 6 metres sides are next to each other, and the same with the two five metres sides, which makes the building an offset rectangle. Two corners are right angles one is about 100 degrees and one is 80 degrees.

Materials
The walls are made of straw bales. The ceiling is wood fibre board and the floor is plywood. All surfaces (floor, walls and ceiling) are covered with clay plaster. The nature of the straw bales and my lack of skill with plaster, means that the walls are not very smooth, which hopefully diffuses the reflections to some extent.
The roof
The roof is a vaulted ceiling, five meters high at the highest point. It has four sides, which all face slightly different angles.
Sound absorption
There are sound absorption panels on all of the walls, to try to control reflections. These are made from leftover wood fibre board and covered with cotton.
